{"id":331,"date":"2023-09-16T15:05:06","date_gmt":"2023-09-16T15:05:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogspotdominicanrepublic.com\/?p=331"},"modified":"2023-09-16T15:05:06","modified_gmt":"2023-09-16T15:05:06","slug":"moro-rice-and-beans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogspotdominicanrepublic.com\/nl\/2023\/09\/16\/moro-rice-and-beans\/","title":{"rendered":"Moro (Rijst en Bonen)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Een mengsel van rijst en bonen, een eenvoudiger alternatief voor de traditionele \"Bandera Domincana\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>4 kopjes rijst<br>2 kopjes gekookte (of ingeblikte) zwarte bonen<br>6 kopjes water<br>6 eetlepels olie<br>4 theelepels tomatenpuree<br>\u00bc kopje gehakte groene paprika<br>1 snufje oregano<br>\u00bd theelepel uitgeperste knoflook<br>1 theelepel koriander<br>\u00bd theelepel tijmblaadjes<br>Zout naar smaak<br>1 eetlepel kappertjes (optioneel)<br>1 blokje kippenbouillon (optioneel)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voorbereiding:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Verhit 3 eetlepels olie in een pan en voeg de koriander, tijm, kappertjes, knoflook, oregano en zout toe.<br>Voeg al roerend tomatenpuree toe.<br>Voeg bonen en kippenbouillon toe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zodra het mengsel door en door warm is, voeg je water toe en breng je het aan de kook.<br>Voeg rijst toe en roer regelmatig om overmatig kleven te voorkomen.<br>Als alle vloeistof verdampt is, dek je het af met een goed sluitend deksel en laat je het op heel laag vuur sudderen.<br>Wacht 15 minuten, haal het deksel eraf, roer en voeg de resterende olie toe.<br>Dek opnieuw af en wacht nog 10 minuten.<br>De rijst moet stevig maar zacht van binnen zijn.<br>Dek indien nodig af en laat nog 5 minuten staan op heel laag vuur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Serveren:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Warm met vlees of zeevruchten en een bijgerecht.<br><br><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A mixture of rice and beans, a simpler alternative to the traditional \u2018Bandera Domincana\u2019.
