{"id":331,"date":"2023-09-16T15:05:06","date_gmt":"2023-09-16T15:05:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogspotdominicanrepublic.com\/?p=331"},"modified":"2023-09-16T15:05:06","modified_gmt":"2023-09-16T15:05:06","slug":"moro-rice-and-beans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogspotdominicanrepublic.com\/fr\/2023\/09\/16\/moro-rice-and-beans\/","title":{"rendered":"Moro (riz et haricots)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un m\u00e9lange de riz et de haricots, une alternative plus simple \u00e0 la traditionnelle \"Bandera Domincana\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>4 tasses de riz<br>2 tasses de haricots noirs bouillis (ou en conserve)<br>6 tasses d'eau<br>6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d'huile<br>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de concentr\u00e9 de tomates<br>\u00bc tasse de poivrons verts hach\u00e9s<br>1 pinc\u00e9e d'origan<br>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d'ail \u00e9cras\u00e9<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de coriandre\/cilantro<br>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de feuilles de thym<br>Sel selon le go\u00fbt<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de c\u00e2pres (facultatif)<br>1 cube de bouillon de poule (facultatif)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire chauffer 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d'huile dans une casserole et ajouter la coriandre, le thym, les c\u00e2pres, l'ail, l'origan et le sel.<br>Ajouter le concentr\u00e9 de tomates tout en remuant.<br>Ajouter les haricots et le bouillon de poulet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois le m\u00e9lange bien r\u00e9chauff\u00e9, ajouter l'eau et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<br>Ajouter le riz et remuer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour \u00e9viter qu'il ne colle trop.<br>Lorsque tout le liquide s'est \u00e9vapor\u00e9, couvrir d'un couvercle herm\u00e9tique et laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux.<br>Attendre 15 minutes, d\u00e9couvrir, remuer et ajouter le reste de l'huile.<br>Couvrir \u00e0 nouveau et attendre encore 10 minutes.<br>Le riz doit \u00eatre ferme mais tendre \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur.<br>Si n\u00e9cessaire, couvrir et laisser reposer encore 5 minutes \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Servir :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaud avec de la viande ou des fruits de mer et un plat d'accompagnement.<br><br><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A mixture of rice and beans, a simpler alternative to the traditional \u2018Bandera Domincana\u2019.
