{"id":328,"date":"2023-09-16T14:59:10","date_gmt":"2023-09-16T14:59:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogspotdominicanrepublic.com\/?p=328"},"modified":"2023-09-16T14:59:10","modified_gmt":"2023-09-16T14:59:10","slug":"habichuelas-guisadas-stewed-red-beans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogspotdominicanrepublic.com\/fr\/2023\/09\/16\/habichuelas-guisadas-stewed-red-beans\/","title":{"rendered":"Habichuelas Guisadas (haricots rouges \u00e0 l'\u00e9tuv\u00e9e)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>1 des ingr\u00e9dients de l'\" image de marque \".<strong>Bandera Dominicana<\/strong> (riz, haricots et viande), le d\u00e9jeuner traditionnel.<br>Traditionnellement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec des haricots rouges, mais vous pouvez utiliser d'autres types de haricots.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>3 tasses de haricots rouges, bouillis tr\u00e8s doux<br>4 tasses d'eau<br>\u00bd tasse de c\u00e9leri hach\u00e9<br>1 petit oignon rouge coup\u00e9 en 4 quartiers<br>1 tasse d'auyama (potiron des Antilles) coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<br>1 cube de bouillon de poule<br>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de feuilles de thym<br>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de coriandre hach\u00e9e<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de concentr\u00e9 de tomates<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d'huile<br>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d'ail \u00e9cras\u00e9<br>1 pinc\u00e9e d'origan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous utilisez des haricots secs :<br>Faire tremper les haricots pendant une nuit.<br>Retirer les haricots de l'eau de trempage et les faire bouillir dans de l'eau fra\u00eeche jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient tr\u00e8s tendres.<br>S\u00e9parer les haricots de l'eau bouillante et les mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire chauffer l'huile dans une casserole.<br>Ajouter l'origan, le poivron, l'oignon, l'ail, l'auyama, la sauce tomate, le c\u00e9leri, le thym et la coriandre.<br>Cuire et remuer pendant une demi-minute.<br>Ajouter les haricots et laisser mijoter pendant 2 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.<br>Verser 4 tasses d'eau dans laquelle les haricots ont bouilli (compl\u00e9ter avec de l'eau fra\u00eeche).<br>Lorsque l'\u00e9bullition est \u00e0 son comble, \u00e9craser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les haricots pour les d\u00e9barrasser de leur peau.<br>Cuire jusqu'\u00e0 l'obtention d'une consistance cr\u00e9meuse.<br>Retirer les morceaux d'oignon, ainsi que les brindilles ou les gros morceaux d'herbes si vous avez utilis\u00e9 des herbes fra\u00eeches.<br>Assaisonner de sel selon son go\u00fbt.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Servir<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Servir chaud avec quelques tranches d'avocat et les autres ingr\u00e9dients de la \"Bandera Dominicana\".<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1 of the ingredients of the \u2018Bandera Dominicana\u2019 (rice, beans and meat), the traditional lunch.Traditionally prepared with red beans, but you can use another type of beans.
