{"id":328,"date":"2023-09-16T14:59:10","date_gmt":"2023-09-16T14:59:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogspotdominicanrepublic.com\/?p=328"},"modified":"2023-09-16T14:59:10","modified_gmt":"2023-09-16T14:59:10","slug":"habichuelas-guisadas-stewed-red-beans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogspotdominicanrepublic.com\/es\/2023\/09\/16\/habichuelas-guisadas-stewed-red-beans\/","title":{"rendered":"Habichuelas Guisadas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>1 de los ingredientes del '<strong>Bandera Dominicana<\/strong> (arroz, jud\u00edas y carne), el almuerzo tradicional.<br>Tradicionalmente se prepara con alubias rojas, pero se puede utilizar otro tipo de alubias.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>3 tazas de alubias rojas, cocidas muy blandas<br>4 tazas de agua<br>\u00bd taza de apio picado<br>1 cebolla roja peque\u00f1a cortada en 4 cuartos<br>1 taza de auyama (calabaza de las Antillas) cortada en dados<br>1 pastilla de caldo de pollo<br>\u00bd cucharada de hojas de tomillo<br>\u00bd cucharada de cilantro picado<br>1 cucharada de pasta de tomate<br>1 cucharada de aceite<br>\u00bd cucharadita de ajo machacado<br>1 pizca de or\u00e9gano<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Si utiliza jud\u00edas secas:<br>Poner las alubias en remojo toda la noche.<br>Sacar las jud\u00edas del agua de remojo y hervirlas en agua fresca hasta que est\u00e9n muy blandas.<br>Separar las jud\u00edas del agua hirviendo, reservar ambas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calentar aceite en una olla.<br>A\u00f1ada el or\u00e9gano, el pimiento, la cebolla, el ajo, la auyama, la salsa de tomate, el apio, el tomillo y el cilantro.<br>Cocer y remover durante medio minuto.<br>A\u00f1adir las alubias y cocer a fuego lento 2 minutos m\u00e1s.<br>Verter 4 tazas de agua en la que hirvieron las jud\u00edas (completar con agua fresca).<br>Cuando rompa a hervir, machacar ligeramente las alubias para que se desprendan de la piel.<br>Cocer hasta que adquiera una consistencia cremosa.<br>Retira los trozos de cebolla, as\u00ed como cualquier ramita o trozo grande de hierbas si has utilizado hierbas frescas.<br>Sazonar con sal al gusto.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Servir<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Servir caliente con unas rodajas de aguacate y los dem\u00e1s ingredientes de la 'Bandera Dominicana'.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1 of the ingredients of the \u2018Bandera Dominicana\u2019 (rice, beans and meat), the traditional lunch.Traditionally prepared with red beans, but you can use another type of beans.
